Lake Beach Picnic
Join CAYA for a Lake Day at Little Platte Beach in Smithville, MO.
The cost is $7 per vehicle. Please bring your own lunch, snacks. towels, swimming gear, sunscreen, etc.
FOI and CAYA World Cup Watch Party
Join us to watch the United States opening game of the 2026 FIFA World Cup! Enjoy free food, fellowship, fun activities and a welcoming atmosphere. Wear your favorite jersey, invite friends and come ready for a great time (no soccer knowledge needed)!

Finals Study Night
Stressed about finals? Let's study together! Drop by Room 452 at the Miller Nichols Library for our Finals Study Night. It’s just a bunch of us getting work done, sharing a supportive space, and enjoying some free snacks and drinks to power through the evening. Come hang out, study, snack, and succeed. All students are welcome!

A day out at the Zoo.
Zoo ticket price - $12 per person for Jackson County residents
You can either get tickets through the KC Zoo website to skip the line or get them at the entrance! We will meet at entrance at 11AM.

Superbowl Party
Every year, people across the United States gather around to watch the Superbowl. It is an annual league championship game of the National Football League (NFL) of the United States. Come join us and watch together! Watch parties are hosted by multiple people so ask someone that you know from FOI about the party or RSVP the event and we’ll get you going!
